Loco Bloco Wins 1st Place in the Grand Prize Category in the San Francisco Carnaval! Loco Bloco’s presentation of “La Selva Loca'' featured 160 dancers and drummers, stilt dancers and a live band. The theme burst to life through brilliant costumes, tropical floats and joyful energy!
