Thank You for a Magical Carnaval SF 2025!
Our many thanks to all of our participants, leading artists, band members, costume production crew and volunteers! Together we manifested a tide of dance, percussion, song and floating imagery - jellyfish, octopus, tropical fish and mythical black and brown mermaids - all within the embrace of Yemaja.
In Loving Memory of our Beloved percussion instructor, Tico Dos Santos: Your energy and spirit is still alive within our hearts and minds. You are a powerful expression of Divine love and joy. Thank you for everything you shared and taught us. We will continue to sing, dance and drum, knowing that you are now guiding us from the ancestor realm. And in our still moments, we will hear the sound of your drumming, voice and music. Obrigado.
